Mr. Mohammad Shafiqure Rahman has been working in the construction industry of Bangladesh for the last 18 years. He has successfully worked in the fields of management and human resources for a long time. Mr. Rahman established Mind Benders in 2013. It is a research and consulting organization. The idea behind the establishment of the organization was to bring together mind benders from various fields. Mind Benders is involved in multi-disciplined consultancy field including Construction services and is also the organizer of various effective social activities. Through his personal will and effort, he has brought together several skilled and knowledgeable individuals in the Mind Benders team. Each one is unique and significant in their own field. Mohammad Shafiqur Rahman is working as a coordinator and is trying to spread the excellence of Mind Benders’ work all around.

Engineer Mohsinul Azad, is an engineering professional with versatile knowledge and accreditation in many disciplines. He is serving Bangladesh Real Estate Market for more than a decade. He is a member of the Institution of Engineers, Bangladesh. Mr. Azad is specialized in Structural Design, Geotechnical Design. He got several certifications from Engineering Staff College, Bangladesh (ESCB), to mention some of them are like; Building Construction Regulations and Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC), Electronic Construction Permit System, Plumbing Technology, Steel Structure, Concrete Structure, Seismic Design etc. In any kind of Construction works, structural engineering is the most vital part and its very important to deploy excellence of structural engineering knowledge.
