HLM Developer & Builders Limited has obtained the membership in REHAB in the year of 2013 and its membership number is 1370. Since the beginning the company constructed many residential buildings including few commercial structures. HLM Developer & Builders Limited earned the reputation with customer’s satisfaction.

Mr. Mohammad Aslam is the founding Managing Director of HLM Developer & Builders Limited. Under his powerful leadership HLM is serving the real estate sector of Bangladesh with excellence.

Since from the year 2013 MIND BENDERS has been affiliated with HLM as a partner company. MIND BENDERS is the official partner of HLM providing support of Marketing, Sales and construction support.

MINND BENDERS is solely providing all support regarding Marketing & sales and construction services for HLM’s flagship project JOBEDA SQUARE 2 and JOBEDA PALACE RESIDENTIAL. First one is a mixed-use residential building project at Chad Udyan, Mohammadpur, Dhaka, Bangladesh and the second one is a Condominium Residential Complex to be constructed at Shamlashee, Shamlapur, Savar UPazila, Dhaka, Bangladesh. It is consisting with 214 apartments with modern facilities like, swimming pool, sports area, shops and many more.
